Season Tickets Holders Please Read - The time to change seating locations is here! To those of you who have renewed your seats for the 2010 season, we would like to thank you for your continued support. 2010 will be filled with exciting changes for the Shock, and by oining with the AF1 the highest level of Arena Football in the world will be played right here in Spokane, Washington.
Due to the announcement of the AF1, our ticket staff has been working extremely hard to ensure the Spokane Arena is the LOUDEST building in the league. We understand that many fans are interested in changing their seats for 2010, so we have divided our Season Ticket Holders into four different upgrade groups. These groups are based how long each account holder has had season tickets. We have shifted these groups back a few weeks, and the new upgrade schedule is as follows...

Group 'A' - Starting Monday, Oct. 26th
Group 'B' - Starting Monday, Nov. 2nd
Group 'C' - Starting Monday, Nov. 9th
Group 'D' - Starting Monday, Nov. 16th
2010 Season Tickets On Sale to General Public Monday, Nov. 23rd
NOTE: These dates are based on when you originally purchased season tickets. If you forgot your upgrade group, please call our Ticket Department at 509-242-7462 x1
For those of you who have not renewed, we can no longer guarantee your same seats that you had in 2009. Season ticket upgrades will follow a priority scale based on when you originally purchased your season tickets. As a result of these date changes, your priority will not change, only the date of your upgrade. As every year, we are asking you to contact us via phone on these dates if you would like to change your seats for 2010. NOTE: (If you are happy with your current location, there is no need to call us)

UPGRADE FAQ:
Q: I renewed for 2010 but I want to stay in my same seats for next year. Do I have to call back?
A: No, only call us if you would like DIFFERENT seats than you had last season.
Q: I like my seats but want to add seats for friends/family/co-workers. When can I do this?
A: Call us during your upgrade period. You can always add season tickets during these upgrade periods without giving up your old seats.
Q: I'm unsure of my upgrade date. How can I find out?
A: Call our ticket department and we will let you know the exact date for you to call. 509-242-7462 x1
Q: I'm not able to call in on my upgrade day. Will I lose my priority?
A: Since each upgrade group date has about 2,000 people, we understand that not everyone will be able to call during their upgrade period. This is why we allow an entire week per group to call in and change seating locations.
